Everyone who contacts Convertedsurely Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please let us know as well. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Convertedsurely Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@convertedsurely.beer and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may involve speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
